Testimonials

A few words from Rashee - A Peer Support Volunteer's Testimonial

I’ve learned a lot about how to communicate with sensitivity, which has not only helped me support my peers but also strengthened my relationships with those around me.

Thankyou Anjana for breaking it down and creating focus areas for guiding Shreya during our stressful time for her essays and college applications.

A few words from LP (initials for privacy)

Mrs. Kamini Mahalingam has been a compassionate listener and guide, helping me cope with my husband’s Alzheimer’s through practical tools like a gratitude journal, whiteboard reminders, and engaging him in daily activities. Her support has eased my anxieties and brought structure to our lives.

A few words from SB (initials for privacy)

This course with Subuhi Safvi helped me identify patterns. Over this programme, I know what areas I should work on, and above all, to be patient, kind, and loving to myself. The fact that I can communicate better with my children is a big bonus. One of my biggest takeaway is the understanding that every feeling is a valid one.

A few words from JA (initials for privacy)

I was going through a difficult phase when I enrolled in Subuhi’s programme. It was one of the best decisions. The exercises + helped me so much that I can now genuinely feel whenever my body is in distress. My body conveys that something is wrong and should be taken care of immediately.

A few words from KS (initials for privacy)

Afroz is a very humble, compassionate and patient psychologist. She made my child very comfortable and did a thorough assessment. Her expertise helped me understand and manage my child. Her calm demeanor and clear explanations put me at ease.
